Born 1981 in Tokyo.
Iwaisawa's self-produced animation titled「Man in the Tunnel Alley」(2008) has been collecting number of awards at domestic film festivals and competitions. By tracing live-action film clip with highly detailed line drawings, Iwaisawa creates distinct texture and the sense of gravity; making the viewer suspended between the real and unreal.
The work also was shown at the 55th International Short Film Festival Oberhausen.
